Hey! My name is Alexis. I made this site so I can talk and share about the stuff that interests me. Some of this stuff includes running, shortwave radio, and construction of my minecraft world. Of course there will be much more than that but this is just a few of the many things. I hope you enjoy your visit.

May 8th, 2025 - Pope Leo XVI becomes Pope

A new pope was elected today at Papal Conclave. He will replace the late Pope Francis and become the first American born pope. He was born in Chicago but has spent many years in Latin America, specifically Peru.I'm curiuos to see how the world reacts to an American born pope, especially considering the fact America has been quite controversial lately.

Fun Fact of the Week

Red eared sliders are the most invasive species of turtle in the world. They have been spotted in almost every continent. They are popular as house pets and are often discarded at local parks causing them to reproduce uncontrolaby.

What I'm up to

I'm currently doing finals. Progress on this site will be slow as my schedule is filled with studying and exams. I plan to add to the minecraft section of my page soon.
